GOOD MOVE: BRAND STRATEGY

GOOD MOVE invites people of all genders, shapes, sizes and colors to feel powerful and free in their bodies.

Challenge: Modern dancer, Jules Bakshi, wanted to open a dance studio that was rooted in the technical and spiritual aspects of dance, but without the intimidation typically found at most dance studios.

Solution: With this in mind, Alyssa helped bring Jules’ vision to life with GOOD MOVE. The first step in the process was to build the brand’s foundational elements, which included:

  • naming

  • competitive analysis

  • persona development

  • determining the brand’s positioning

Next came creating GOOD MOVE’S core principles, mission and vision. From there, Alyssa clarified the brand’s tone and voice, and guided the creation of GOOD MOVE’s visual identity.
