As Editorial Director, Alyssa created And North's mission (which highlighted the community-oriented nature of the brand) and its core principles (which were based on curiosity and exploration). From there, she developed a content strategy and editorial direction that emphasized storytelling–wherein the narrative was interwoven with imagery throughout each feature.
Alyssa was also instrumental in defining And North's editorial approach and content strategy for branded partnerships, such as those for One Fine Stay, etc.
